Cottage Reservation and Cancellation Policy Weekly Rental Only A deposit of $200.00 down is required to guarantee the booking with a balance due upon check-in. A two week cancellation notice is required for refund of the deposit.  In the event of a cancellation, a $50 fee is charged.
